STUFFED JUMBO SHELLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. Italian style bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. parsley
2 eggs
2 (15 oz.) Ragu sauce or other spaghetti sauce
1/3 c. dry red wine
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper
1 box giant shells
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown meat, onion and garlic; drain and cool. Stir in cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper and eggs. Stuff cooked and drained shells with meat mixture. Spoon 1/4 of sauce in bottom of 9x13 pan. Place shells in single layer.

Mix wine with remaining sauce, pour over shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with more cheese.
