PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 (12 oz.) can pineapple chunks
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 to 1 c. Waverly crackers, crumbled fine

Drain pineapple; reserve 3 tablespoons juice. Combine sugar and flour; stir in juice; add pineapple and cheese. Put into 1 quart greased casserole dish. Combine butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over pineapple mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
