CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can sliced mushrooms
Liquid from mushrooms
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 lg. can tomatoes
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lg. hen, cooked and diced
Chicken broth from hen
2 pkg. vermicelli

Saute first 5 ingredients until tender. Stir in next 6 ingredients. In broth from chicken cook vermicelli until tender. Drain well and combine with chicken mixture. Serves 35.
