FISH STEW 
3 c. diced potatoes
1 c. onion rings
2 celery stalks, cut in 1/2 inch slices
2 carrots, cut in 1/4 inch slices
1 (#2) can whole tomatoes, chopped (2 1/2 c.)
5 c. boiling water
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. steak sauce
2 (12 oz.) boxes frozen cod filets, thawed and coarsely diced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Cover, lower heat and simmer about 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serves 6.
