REFRIGERATOR YEAST ROLLS | |
2 pkgs. yeast 1 c. warm water 3/4 c. oil, safflower 2 tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 c. warm water 1/2 c. Second Nature 0 Cholesterol egg substitute 5 to 5 1/2 c. sifted flour Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water. Mix oil, sugar and egg substitute. Add to yeast mixture. Add 1 1/2 cups warm water (not hot). Mix in flour 1 cup at a time with spoon until flour is added. Dough should be soft enough to mix with spoon. Cover, place in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight. Spray muffin tins. Spoon dough into tins. Let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Bake at 400 degrees. Dough will stay well in refrigerator 5 days. 2 dozen rolls. |
