BARBECUE SAUCE 
1/2 c. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. ground cloves
2 tbsp. dry mustard or 1 tsp. Grey Poupon
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder or 1/4 c. chili sauce
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. minced onion (or more to taste)
2 fresh garlic cloves, crushed or 1 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients and heat for 2 hours. Can be stored in the refrigerator indefinitely.
