CRAB DIP DELIGHT HOT CRAB DIP 
1 lb. crabmeat (your choice, lump is better)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder or garlic salt
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese (2 c.)

Mix all ingredients together except Cheddar cheese and put in baking dish, then sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. (It is good on vegetable crackers, chips, etc.) You won't leave a drop.

Variations: can put in 1 tsp. horseradish and 1/2 teaspoon MSG; or add 1 to 3 tablespoons milk, 3 tablespoons dried onions and sprinkle with paprika; or add 1 1/4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard.
