STRAWBERRY FLUFF FROSTING 
1 egg white
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2/3 c. sliced strawberries, divided in half

Combine all 3 ingredients in the top of a double boiler. Beat until thoroughly mixed. Place over rapidly boiling water in the bottom of the double boiler. Beat about 3 or 4 minutes or until soft peaks form. Remove from heat. Fold in another 1/3 cup of sliced strawberries.

Makes enough frosting for an average sized cake. To frost a large cake, make the recipe in 2 separate batches (the volume increases too much if you double the recipe).
