BEEF BURGUNDY (DIABETIC) 
2 lb. top round steak
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1 tbsp. flour
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 3/4 c. water
1/2 c. dry red wine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut steak into 1 inch cubes. Brown meat slowly in skillet sprayed with vegetable pan spray. Transfer to 1 1/2 quart casserole, tight fitting cover. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cover and bake 15 minutes longer or until tender. Serve on rice or noodles. Add bread exchange 1/2 cup = 2 1/2 lean meat and 1 regular.
