CHICKEN AND WILD RICE SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
6 oz. wild rice & long grain mixture (1 box)
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. pimiento, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Russian dressing
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook rice according to directions on package and cool. Add chicken, green pepper and pimiento. Combine mayonnaise, salad dressing, lemon juice and salt. Add to rice mixture and toss gently. Chill. Serves 4.
