HAMBURGER STEAK 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced white onion
1/2 c. Holland Rusk crumbs, crushed finely
Dash of nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 eggs

Combine all ingredients thoroughly and shape into six oval patties. Grill to preferred doneness. Serve with following sauce: 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 3/4 c. canned condensed beef broth Pinch of chopped parsley

Melt butter, heating until golden brown. Add Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Cook 1 minute. Add parsley.
