SHRIMP FETTUCCINE 
2 onions
2 stalks celery
1 bell pepper
3 green onions
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 stick butter
2 lbs. shrimp
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 pt. half and half
1/2 lb. jalapeno cheese
Parmesan cheese
8 oz. egg noodles

Saute seasonings (first 5 ingredients) in butter for 15 minutes. Add shrimp, flour, parsley, and seasoned salt and cook 15 minutes. Add half and half cream, jalapeno cheese and cook 15 minutes. Mix with cooked-drained noodles and bake in casserole dish. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6-8.
