LEMON CRISPS 
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding
3 eggs

Blend sugar, butter and shortening. Slowly add pudding, flour and baking powder. When well mixed add eggs. Beat until blended. Place teaspoonful of batter on greased cookie sheet. Bake 6-8 minutes.
