QUICK LEMON CRISPS 
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 pkg. lemon instant pudding
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Sift together flour and baking powder.

In a medium bowl, cream together butter and shortening. Add sugar and pudding, blending until light and fluffy. Add eggs. Mix well. Add sifted ingredients. Beat until blended. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets spacing 2 1/2 inches apart. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
