CHEESE BALL 
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
2 oz. Bleu cheese (may use jar type)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 Kaukauna Club sharp Cheddar cheese refill (other brands may be substituted)

Mix all of cheeses together until softened. Then beat with mixer until creamy. Spoon onto saran wrap or foil. It's too soft to form into ball with hands, so use foil or saran wrap to help. It will be very soft. Refrigerate at least 3-4 hours. Overnight is better.

An hour or so before serving, remove saran wrap and form into a smoother ball with hands, roll in chopped nuts. Put back into foil until ready to serve (in refrigerator) with crackers or small party rye slices.
