CHICKEN CORDEN BLUE 
2 lbs. chicken cutlets
Sliced ham
Mozzarella cheese
Bread crumbs
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Garlic powder

Add to bread crumbs garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Roll chicken cutlet inside with ham and Mozzarella cheese sliced. Close with toothpick. Dip chicken in egg; roll in bread crumbs. Fry evenly in pan until golden brown.

Also can use cream sauce on top: 1 can of cream of mushroom with water, 1/4 cup white wine, and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Heat; mix together. Pour over chicken. Serve with rice.
