CRANBERRY SALAD DELIGHT 
1 (12 oz.) bag cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 oranges, peeled, and sectioned
1 red apple, unpeeled and cored
1/2 c. green grapes
1/2 c. bite-sized marshmallows
1/2 c. pecans

Wash cranberries and drain. Cut each berry in half, and mix with the sugar. Let stand overnight.

Dice the orange sections and the apple and mix in with the cranberries. Cut each grape in half and put in the fruit mixture. Fold in the marshmallows and pecans and mix well. Let stand at least 2 hours before serving. Serves 10-12.
