CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 lg. box orange jello
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped celery, fine
1 apple, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Open cranberry sauce and pineapple. Drain pineapple. Chop pecans and celery and apple. Mix orange jello well in the boiling water and mix well. Add the cranberry sauce. Let set a few minutes in refrigerator. Then add all other ingredients, stir and mix. Chill till firm. May be served as salad or dessert.
