GREGORIAN COCKTAIL 
1 c. chopped broiled pepper
1 c. chopped broiled onions
1 c. chopped broiled tomatoes
2 c. catsup
1/4 c. pickled relish
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. juice of pickled grape leaves or juice of sweet pickles
1/16 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mint
Chopped walnuts

Mix vegetables and relishes. Season with spices. Cover with chopped walnuts. Serve as one dish Lenten meal or use as a dressing for slaw.
