BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
6 eggs 2 lb. sm. curd cottage cheese 1/2 lb. American cheese (13 slices) 1/2 stick butter 3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (no substitutes) Blend 6 eggs, add all the ingredients after first melting the butter and squeezing the broccoli dry. (If you don't dry broccoli, the casserole will be watery.) Mix ingredients and put in a 9 x 13 pan or glass casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Casserole is thick enough to be cut into servings. Serves 12 to 14. |
