QUICK 3-CUP SKILLET CAKE | |
1 c. self-rising flour 1 c. sugar 1/3 c. oil 2/3 c. whole milk vanilla or other favorite flavoring Pour all into a mixing bowl and beat at high speed just until batter is smooth. Pour into a greased and floured skillet. Cook at 350°F until light golden brown. Let sit for 5 minutes, then loosen edges and turn out upside down. Serve with favorite fruit and whipped cream. |
