SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/2 bushel tomatoes
2 garlic onions
4 hot peppers or 3 green peppers and 1 hot pepper
3 lbs. onions
1 pt. oil
8 sm. cans tomato paste
1 1/2 or 2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salt
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 tbsp. oregano

Cook tomatoes and garlic onions together and then strain. Cut peppers and onions and cook in 1 pint oil for 30 minutes or until soft. Then add 8 small cans tomato paste and sugar, salt, sweet basil, and oregano. Cook until thick.
