GRANDMA'S PANCAKES 
1/2 cup Matzo meal
3 eggs
water for consistency (approximately 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup sugar
oil, for frying

Mix Matzo meal with water and eggs. Add sugar. Mixture will be watery. Let stand 5 minutes. If mixture is too thick after 5 minutes, add a tablespoon of water. You want the consistency of a thick pancake batter.

Heat the oil in the pan over medium heat. Spoon a tablespoon of mixture into the oil. Turn over when edges are golden brown. Drain on a paper towel. Serve with sugar (the kids like to dip their pancakes in the sugar).
