TACO ROLL-UP 
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream

Mix together well, beat until smooth. Add: 2 tbsp. taco mix 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded Flour tortillas (med. size)

Spread mixture on tortillas. Roll up and put in ziplock bag. Chill overnight. Cut up log-roll style. Serve with picante sauce. Keeps a week.
