SARNA 
3 lbs. ground pork
3 lbs. smoked ham, uncooked
5 big onions
1 c. rice
Salt and pepper to taste
6 lg. cans sauerkraut
4 lg. cabbages

Grind meat, onions, add rice, salt and pepper, mix well, roll in cabbage leaves that have been softened in boiling water. Layer of sauerkraut and layer of rolls. Add water to fill pot. Simmer about 3 to 4 hours. Add water when needed.
