APPLE BERRY SPLASH | |
2 c. apple juice, heated to boiling 8 Lipton berry blush herbal tea bags 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 c. unsweetened white grape juice, chilled 1 c. club soda, chilled In tea pot, pour hot apple juice over berry blush tea bags. Cover; brew 5 minutes. Remove tea bags; stir in sugar and cool. In pitcher, combine brewed tea, lemon and grape juices. Just before serving add soda. Serve in ice chilled glasses, garnished with lemon and apple slices. Makes 4 (8 ounce) servings. Variation: For apple berry wine cooler, use 1 cup dry white wine. |
