PUMPKIN SQUARES 
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 to 3 c. powdered sugar

Cream together oil and add egg one at a time. Then add remaining ingredients and mix together. Spread butter on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and then frost with cream cheese frosting. FROSTING: Combine the frosting ingredients and frost pumpkin squares.
