PUMPKIN TEA BREAD 
2 ungreased loaf pans (9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4)

Cream:

3 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
3 eggs, add one at a time
2 c. pumpkin

Sift:

3 c. cake flour

Add:

1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Add baking powder, soda, salt and spices to flour. Sift once more, alternating flour mixture with pumpkin to creamed sugar, oil and eggs. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Bake one hour.
