ST. JAMES HAM CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. cubed ham, cooked
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 sm. jar pimento

Melt butter in large saucepan. Add flour, stir until smooth. Add milk slowly constantly stirring. Thicken over medium heat. Stir in rest of ingredients when the sauce thickens. Transfer into ungreased 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly about 45 minutes. 6 to 8 servings.
