SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. squash 3 tbsp. butter 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. cracker crumbs or seasoned croutons 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 c. milk 1 c. grated cheese Salt and pepper Combine squash and onion. Cook. Drain, and mash. Add remaining ingredients reserving 1/2 cup cheese to sprinkle over top. Pour in buttered casserole. Bake at 375 degrees until firm and cheese is browned. |
