QUICK EASY WINE CAKE | |
1 (1 lb. 3 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix 4 eggs 3/4 c. oil 3/4 c. Mills cream sherry 1 tsp. nutmeg Combine all ingredients. Mix with electric beater about 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into greased angel food cake pan or 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Cool in pan about 5 minutes before turning out on rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. |
