PEGI'S SURPRISE 
6 to 8 Italian sausages
3/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
White sauce (Aunt Penny's or your own)
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 to 5 green onions
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. white wine
Toasted English muffins

CONDIMENTS:

Chopped green onion
Peanuts
Hard boiled egg
Chutney
Sweet pickle

Skin sausage. Brown and drain off fat. (I use a wok to cook this in.) Make white sauce. Add sausage, mushrooms, garlic, onion, pepper and wine. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over toasted English muffins with condiments.
