COCONUT FROZEN DESSERT 
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 pt. heavy cream, whipped
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. coconut pie filling mix

Cook sugar, milk and pie mix according to directions. Cool and add pineapple. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 2 (1/2 inch deep) trays. Freeze.
