CHOCOLATE SNICKERDOODLES | |
2 3/4 c. flour 2 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. cocoa 1 1/4 c. soft butter 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs Sift first 5 ingredients. Cream butter. Add sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing until light and fluffy. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Roll dough into balls and roll in sugar. Put on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes. |
