RASPBERRY CREAM SURPRISE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. fresh raspberries
1 1/2 c. raspberry yogurt ice cream
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1/4 c. 7-UP

In a large bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water (follow directions on box). Add fresh raspberries; stir until mixture thickens slightly. Slowly add yogurt ice cream; use electric or hand beater to mix. Add Cool Whip and 7-UP; beat until mixture has become thick and creamy.
