FARMERS CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can peas
1 can carrots
1 c. diced onion
6 med. cooked potatoes (don't cook too long, you want to be able to hold & slice them)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese

Fry hamburger and onions together. Salt while frying; drain. Heat the soup and milk while you're layering the hamburger, sliced potatoes (salt and pepper), carrots, peas. Pour soup over the ingredients. Top with shredded cheese, cover with foil (use a large bowl). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
