CINNAMON CRISPAS 
Flour tortillas
Vegetable oil
Melted butter
Cinnamon-sugar mix

Mix cinnamon and sugar together approximately 1/2 cup sugar and 2 to 3 teaspoons cinnamon.

Heat 1/4 inch of oil in frying pan until medium hot, drop tortilla in turning with tongs until golden brown on both sides. Drain between paper towels and then brush with melted butter both sides and then sprinkle sugar-cinnamon mix on both sides. Break into snack-sized pieces.

Each tortilla makes about 6 pieces. When making 4 to 6 tortillas, melt approximately a stick of butter.
