BREAD PUDDING 
1 loaf stale French bread, cubed
1 qt. milk
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. butter

Mix all ingredients and pour into buttered 2 quart casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with Whiskey Sauce.

WHISKEY SAUCE;
1/4 lb. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. bourbon

Heat butter and sugar until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool. Add eggs and beat 1 minute. Add whiskey while continuing to beat.
