PINEAPPLE BANANA CAKE 
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. diced bananas (about 2 1/2 bananas)

1. Sift dry ingredients together. Add bananas, oil, vanilla, eggs, pineapple and juice.

2. Beat by hand until well blended.

3. Pour into greased and floured tube pan.

4. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
