CREAM BISCUITS 
1 1/2 c. self rising flour
1/2 pt. regular whipping cream
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Mix together quickly flour, cream, and baking powder. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface, briefly kneading it. Roll out and cut with a floured cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Yield 2 dozen.

NOTE: These are great as appetizers! Use a very small cutter and stuff with ham, cheese, turkey, etc. This recipe could yield 6-10 dozen.
