POLISH SAUSAGE AND SAUERKRAUT 
1 can sauerkraut
Polish sausage, cut up
Water and flour

Cook sauerkraut, drained, and Polish sausage in desired amount of water; may add potatoes for about an hour. Brown desired amount of flour in bacon grease or butter. Add to sauerkraut and sausage to thicken.
