SPICY SEAFOOD KABOBS 
1/4 c. Tequila
Juice of 2 limes
1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. parsley, minced
Salt
Pepper
Shrimp, scallops or tuna
1/2 c. hot sauce
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. celery salt

Mix first six ingredients and pour over seafood. Marinate for 2 hours. Put on skewer and barbeque. Mix remaining ingredients and use as a dip.
