ELMO'S HAM CURE | |
1 fresh ham, 10 to 12 lbs. 1 qt. salt 2 tbsp. black pepper 1 tbsp. red pepper 2 tbsp. brown sugar Work into ham. Wrap in brown paper. Keep in cold place, refrigerate, 2 weeks. Hang to smoke. May smoke on grill. |
