RAISIN SUGAR LEMON COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Grease cookie sheet. Preheat oven 425 degrees. Cream butter; add sugar and egg, beat well. Add lemon juice and beat. Add dry ingredients and beat or mix well. Add raisins and mix well. Drop onto cookie sheet by rounded teaspoon. Bake at 425 degrees for 5-7 minutes until pale golden color.
