QUICK SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
4 med. sized potatoes, cleaned and sliced 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 2/3 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 1 c. milk 2/3 c. cheese Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain. Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour, salt and pepper. Add milk and cheese; cook over low heat until thick. Add drained potatoes. Place in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees about 20-25 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
