1 c. white sugar
1 c. white Karo
2 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1 sm. pkg. butterscotch

Bring white sugar and white Karo to a boil; add peanut butter. Stir and mix well. Add cereal to mixture; press into a large pan. Melt chips and mix. Spread on top of other mixture and cool.
