2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 eggs, separated
1 can condensed milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. applesauce

Add butter and cinnamon to graham cracker crumbs. Spread thick layer of crumbs on bottom of buttered 10 inch pan. Beat egg yolks well. Add milk, lemon juice and rind, and applesauce. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Cover with remaining crumbs. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
