PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
6 to 8 pork chops
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. long grain rice
2 cans chicken noodle soup
1 can water

Brown pork chops in a little oil in a skillet. Remove from skillet; drain on a paper towel. Pour grease from skillet; add 1 1/2 c. water to skillet, let set.

Place pork chops in a large casserole. Layer 1 1/2 cups rice over meat. Combine soup, 1 can water and water from skillet. Pour over rice. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
