1 pie crust
1 c. sugar and 2 tbsp.
2 pts. of strawberries
2 tbsp. Jello
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 c. boiling water

Mix 2 tablespoons sugar, cornstarch. Stir into boiling water. Stir and cook, set aside to cool. Put stemmed strawberries covered with 1 cup sugar into bowl. Let stand until juice forms.

Pour strawberry juice into cornstarch, sugar and Jello mix. Put strawberries into pie crust. When cool, pour cornstarch, sugar, Jello on strawberries. Let pie cool and put into refrigerator. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
