STUFFED FRENCH TOAST | |
8 slices bread 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1 doz. eggs 2 c. milk 1/2 c. maple syrup Remove crust of bread and cube. Place half of the bread in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cube cream cheese and place on top of bread. Add remaining bread cubes. Beat 1 dozen eggs. Add 2 cups milk and 1/3 cup of maple syrup. Pour over bread and cheese mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. |
